  • What type of file should I upload?
    We recommend uploading JPEG and PDF files to ensure the best quality in the printing process. Submitting low resolution artwork can result in a low quality product which is not within our control. We will do our best to let you know if you need to re-submit your file in order to get a better result, but if it is up to you to make sure you are providing the correct files for your order.
  • How do I know if I submitted my order correctly?
    Our team always reviews every order that is placed on our website and will make sure the files are set up correctly and ready to be printed. Once reviewed, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order is being processed. If we find any issues with your file during the review process we will immediately notify you, and your file will not be sent to production until you are able to provide the updated file(s).
  • Is placing an order on your website safe?
    Printable is a safe and trusted website for online transactions. We take all security measures to protect your data and personal information during and after every transaction. From secure customer accounts to encrypted payment screens, we will always have your information as secure as possible.
  • Can my order be printed the same day I place my order?
    If you place your order and submit your print-ready file along with your payment by 12:00 noon (ET), Monday - Friday, your order will be printed that same day and ready for shipment. Shipping speed times will depend on your selection in checkout. If you place your order after 12:00 noon (ET), Monday - Friday, your order will be ready to be shipped the next business day. Shipping time will depend on your selection in checkout.
  • How fast will I receive my order?
    Delivery times will depend on your selection during checkout. We offer multiple options through our carrier service (UPS), each of which will represent a different cost that will be added to your order total on checkout. Even though we will do everything in our control to make sure you get your order in time, there may be factors outside of our control such as weather, COVID, or other scenarios that may delay your delivery. If you do experience any delays please contact our team so we can further assist you and find a solution.
  • How can I get in touch with your team?

  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express).
  • Where is my order?
    The delivery time will depend on your selected option during checkout. If you haven’t received your order 5 business days after the estimated delivery date please get in touch with our team at info@orderprintable.com so we can help you resolve the issue.
  • I don’t see a product I’m looking for. Do you offer other products?
    If we don’t have a certain product listed on our site, we can work with you to get you exactly what you need. Send us a Custom Request with all the details of what you’re looking for and our team will contact you with some options and costs.
